Sparky: No, I don't! I just belittle him.
Jaime: You're systematically demolishing his self-esteem.
Sparky: He's 50. He doesn't need that anymore.

I completely agree. The only thing fifty year olds need are Ovaltine and money, the former for their health and the latter to be given away to me.
